President & CEO
Bob is president and CEO of W-Technology Link, a manufacturer of machined components and electrical connectors used downhole in the drilling sector of the oil & gas industry. W-Technology Link’s culture is based on a safe workplace producing quality products in a dignified, respectful environment. Furthermore, there is a determination to continually improve our performance in meeting our customers’ needs around the world.
Prior to his appointment as CEO in 2013, Bob led in a number of companies including divisions of GE and Dover Corporation serving the upstream oil & gas industry. Throughout his career he has worked within the manufacturing environment utilizing manufacturing technology, cross training and LEAN to progressively enhance service levels to customers. In addition, Bob has lived and worked on three continents as well as locations across the USA.
Bob is currently an advisory board member of PESA (Petroleum Equipment Suppliers Association). He holds a Bachelor of Science from the Pennsylvania State University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh.

Jennifer joined W-Technology Link in May 2012 as Production Manager of Connector Products.
Her interest and enthusiasm to integrate LEAN manufacturing into her work area led to a promotion to her current role asValue Stream Leader for Connector Products.
Prior to joining W-Technology Link Jennifer served 12 years as a Project Manager for a Lighting and Graphics company where she was the primary customer contact for many Petroleum based, and Retail Brand accounts.

Value Stream Leader – Manufacturing/QHSE/IT
David is responsible for the manufacturing of machined components at W-Technology Link; in addition, he manages our quality control & IT functions.
Prior to his appointment, David has over forty years in the manufacturing field having started in England where he completed a five year apprenticeship as a machinist at Lucas Aerospace. Throughout his career he has progressed from machinist to positions of greater responsibility including CNC programmer, manufacturing engineer and plant manager.
He is constantly implementing better, faster, leaner practices in manufacturing through technological advances in tooling, machines & processes while also encouraging his team to improve upon their skills and help cross train them. David has worked around the world; his last position, prior to WTL, took him throughout North America as engineering lead in implementing a Oracle Business System into multiple operating companies for a Fortune 500 company.

John joined W-Technology Link in 2012 as an Accounting Specialist, handling payables, state sales tax reporting, intercompany transactions, bank reconciliations, and month-end GL close. He developed and implemented a weekly cycle count program to enhance inventory management. He was promoted to Accountant in 2015 with expanded duties related to billing/receivables. With his promotion to Accounting Manager in 2016, John is now responsible for all accounting/finance activities.
Prior to working for W-Technology Link, John spent five years serving in the United States Army including overseas duty in Iraq. John holds a B.S in Accounting from Oral Roberts University. Currently he is enrolled at the University of Houston for a M.S. in Accountancy and pursuing his CPA certification.

With one of our longer service records, Pat joined W-Technology in January 2009 as Administrative Manager.
Pat brings extensive experience in administration, inside sales, and customer service management in global distribution and manufacturing environments, including service as Inside Sales and Customer Service Manager for a major supplier of critical oil and gas components for numerous years before joining W-Technology. In meeting the needs of our company she has achieved PHR and SHRM-CP certification, and is responsible for our human resource function in addition to managing inside sales and various other administrative roles.
Business Development Manager
Clint, our Business Development Manager, joined W-Technology Link in 2014. He is responsible for all sales & marketing activities including competitive analysis, market needs, geographic expansion, and optimizing sales activity with customers. Since 2016, Clint also assumed general sales managers duties which include implementing the overall business plan, sales strategy and new product development focus.
Prior to joining W-Technology Link, Clint worked for Enteq Upstream in a similar capacity. Prior to engaging the upstream oil & gas sector, Clint’s spent nearly 10 years were in the medical device and pharmaceutical industries as a territory manager. Clint holds a BBA from Augusta State University and plans to start his MBA soon.
Clint also volunteers as a baseball coach for West University Little League and was the manager for the 2014 and 2015 Senior League World Champion teams.
